AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

DVIP (“We”, “Us”, “Our” “or “DVI-P”) offers online accessible registration for the Diversity Visa Program
and downloadable immigration content, providing Our Services [“Our Products”] for eligible
persons\petitioners who want to apply professionally for a Green-Card to the United States.

ACCESS AND PURCHASE OF OUR SERVICES (“OUR PRODUCTS”) IS SUBJECT TO AND
GOVERNED BY

  1. Terms of Use and Conditions (“The Agreement”)
    This Agreement, which govern your use of the DVI-P website, located at www.DVI-P.com (“Our
    Website”), including without limitation, Our Services (*Our Products”].
    You acknowledge that this Agreement is in electronic form and has the same force and effect as
    an agreement in writing. By registering for one or more of Our Services and or by accessing\using
    or Our Products you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
    If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you should discontinue your access or
    use with DVI-P.COM immediately and you are not authorized to register with Us for any
    visa petition.
  2. We may modify this Agreement from time to time; such modifications\changes shall be effective
    on Our Website.
    We reserve the right at any time to change, edit, drop, suspend or stop, temporarily (or permanently) of Our Services, or any part of Our Services with or without notice.
    It is important that you review this Agreement regularly.
    You agree to be bound by any changes or updates to this Agreement when you access or use of
    Our Services.
    You agree that We will not be liable to you or to any 3rd party for any; deletion, discontinuance, editing or suspension of Our Services.

DV REGISTRATION is not a governmental entity of any kind and will not be accountable for U.S governmental present and or future requirements and or
changes for any visa petition, (immigrant or nonimmigrant) to the United States.

Registration fees are not mandatory. All petitioners may submit their registry on the governmental site free of charge dv.gov

  1. General Registration Requirements
    if you wish to have access to Our Services, you must (a) register to DVI-P.COM, and (b) pay the
    applicable registration fees.
    If you wish to purchase additional Services provided by Us, you must (a) complete the eligibility
    process providing true and accurate information to your immigration consultant\petition handler
    and (b) pay the applicable fees for your visa procedure and immigration consultancy.
    DVIP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GOVERNMENTAL FEES THAT WILL BE
    REQWESTED TO BE COVERED AT THE EMBASSY ITSELF.
  2. You represent that you are of legal age of 18+ to form a binding contract and are not a person
    barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction.
    You also agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as
    prompted by the registration form, and (ii) maintain and promptly update your Registration Data
    and other required information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you deliberately
    provide ANY information that is untrue, incomplete, inaccurate or not current, or we have
    reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or
    incomplete we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

  1. Accounts and Security.
    If you register to Our Services and or Products via Our Website or with an immigration consultant,
    you will be issued a Client ID Customer and a password to set up your account with Us by
    providing to US your basic information e.g. valid phone number, email address and other
    necessary legal material and documents.
    You may be asked for additional credentials in connection with the set-up of your visa petition as
    we are required to keep an open communication channel available to you via phone, email and
    post. For any changes you may always contact US: dvip.supp@gmail.com
    We reserve the right to refuse any person or suspend or terminate any petition if We
    determine in Our sole discretion that the credentials\information provided are inaccurate,
    not current or incomplete or if an account is used in contravention of the Agreement.
    We are not required to notify you of account termination or suspension.
  2. Privacy Policy
    You agree not to share, give or sell your password or username to any other person or company
    or allow 3rd parties to access your account or to an Online Course or make purchases of Our
    Services through your account.
    Accounts may only be used by the petitioner\petitioners and or for their personal purposes and
    not for any form of commercial enterprise (including redistribution or resale of Online Courses or
    Other Products e.g. eBooks or other immigration content or legal advisory services provided by
    Us.
    We will not sell, trade or transfer any of your information to 3rd parties not related to your petition
    and or case e.g. IT department, customer support, payment processors, Immigration Consultants,
    lawyers, translators et al.
    Without deviating from the above, the customer hereby declares that, it has been made clear to
    him and he gives his consent to the fact that, and that the applicant is aware that participation in
    the lottery is free of charge.

  1. DVI-P is not responsible for the timeframes, selecting winners or terminating applications in the
    DV Program.
    All payments made with ADVIP are not for a Green-Card.
    All payments done by applicants are for registration and added value services provided by DVIP.
    DVIP cannot assess the chances of success of a participant in the DV Program.
    We keep all calls and corresponds between Our clients and the organization fully monitored for
    security purposes as required by payment processors.
  2. Fraudulent Activity
    If we detect any abuse with Our Services and or simultaneous logins to Our Products, which in
    such cases will result in the suspension of your access to your case and you may become subject
    of a lawsuit. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password, account
    information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
    You agree to (i) immediately notify Us in writing to dvip.supp@gmail.com of any unauthorized use
    of your account or any other breach of security, and (ii) ensure that you log out from your account
    at the end of each session.
    We will not be liable for any loss of information or damage arising from your failure to comply with
    this paragraph. We reserve the right to cancel your access to Our Services and suspend or
    terminate your account if We determine in Our sole discretion that your username and/or
    password has been compromised or is being used fraudulently.
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your petition\application if fraud or an unauthorized or
    illegal activity and or transaction are suspected.
  3. Disclosure.
    You acknowledge, consent and agree that We may access, preserve and disclose your account
    information and content without a notice if We are required to do so by the United State law or
    in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure of your account is reasonably
    necessary to: (a) comply with the legal process of the visa petition; (b) enforce this Agreement;
    (c) respond to claims that any such content violates the rights of 3rd parties e.g. U.S GOV,
    immigration consultants, lawyers and customer support dept. ; (d) respond to your requests for
    costumers support; (e) protect the rights, property or safety of Our systems and employees.

  1. Payments
    By providing payment information, you are calling for: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit
    card(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information and documentation you
    supply to Us is true, correct and complete.
    By submitting a payment, you grant Us the right to provide the information to 3rd parties forpurposes of facilitating the service e.g. payment processors, Costumers Support, translators,
    immigration lawyers, immigration consultants et al. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your
    petition\application at any time for certain reasons including (but not limited to) Fraudulent
    Activity. If you wish to register with Us, use Our Services and Products made available through
    Our Website or by Our representatives, you must supply payment information including, without
    limitation, your first and last name, email account, valid phone number, credit card number, expiry
    date, CVV, postal address and required document assembly for your visa petition.
    DVIP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GOVERNMENTAL FEES THAT WILL BE
    REQUESTED TO BE COVERED AT THE EMBASSY ITSELF.

    By agreeing in making a payment, you authorize Us to charge you for the total amount of your
    Purchase (including applicable petition\application charges). If the payment method cannot be
    verified, invalid or not acceptable\declined, your petition may be suspended and or cancelled. You
    must resolve any payment issues from your side, so We may encounter to proceed with your visa
    petition.
    Payments\Charges and fees will be billed to the credit card you choose during the
    petition\application setup process over Our Website. If you want to designate a different credit
    card or if there is a change in your credit information, you can change your account information
    or receive additional assistance and information by contacting Us 24\7 at dvip.supp@gmail.com
    and or with your privet immigration consultant at www.dvi-p.com All payments\charges\fees are collected in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
    Taxes and conversation rates are not within Our control
    . We may adjust future payments as
    necessary, in Our sole discretion. By making a payment, you agree to pay the then-current
    Purchase price. Purchases are not to be used for resale or any commercial purposes.

  1. Terms of Termination and Refunds.
    We charge a flat fee for all visa petition registries.
    We keep services fees reasonable and affordable; to help as many qualified petitioners as we can.
    Prices vary depending on person’s immigration portfolio.
    DVIP will issue a full refund if the petitioner wishes to cancel within 14 business days following
    the payment.
    Please note that once services are booked solely for the petitioner, all services provided by Us
    begun effectively after purchase, thus legal services including registration are not refundable.

    All letters for termination and or refunds will be reviewed.
    If the client wishes to stop their immigration process and delete application file after submitting
    mandatory documents -no refund will be issued.
  2. RETURN POLICY – All sales are final and not refund will be issued.
  3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES -You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
  4. Sponsorship and refunds

Petition fees and or credit paid by an employer and or a 3rd party (sponsor) are not refundable.
All credit collected for any visa petition handled by Us will be attached to the person whose name the
registration\petition is under. Petition fees and or credit paid by an employer and or a 3rd party (sponsor)

are not refundable, hens If a petitioner changes jobs; all credits, points, legal benefits and services
sponsored will remain attached to the petitioner’s personal account (employee) even if sponsorship is
revoked through and or by the sponsor (employer).
Use of Our services is subject to the relevant statutory regulations and these conditions.
By clicking on the “I agree” box at the end of this document, you, the user, of the
abovementioned services, agree and undertake to be bound by this Agreement.
